Rob Fuller
Co-Director of Development
Rob has been investing in real estate for more than 10 years. Since 2015, he has developed and built ground-up luxury single family residential and build-for-rent projects across the US. He has also acquired and renovated as many as 40 homes per month while concurrently renovating apartment buildings and developing land. In addition to developing Urbanist’s small balance multifamily and build-for-rent fourplex communities, Rob is currently developing and building 250+ vacant lots in Georgia, 150+ lots in CO Springs and building multi-million dollar homes in Napa California.
Seeing holes in market resources for small to mid-sized real estate investors led Rob to develop in-house software to analyze investment opportunities for Single Family Homes in all markets across the country. The software utilizes a fully integrated platform with capabilities that span market research, analysis, portfolio management, and disposition. This software allows small to midsize investors to more easily analyze and determine lendability of potential acquisitions, manage acquisitions through construction and resale, and manage long term rental portfolios.
